Now that you have a plan, this is what you should do daily:
2. Give your complete attention to the Word and the Spirit.
Your personal relationship with God should matter to you more than any other thing in the world. Love the Lord! The Word says, “My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways.” (Proverbs 23:26).
You cannot be successful without the Word and the Spirit. Some say they are unable to have their quiet time consistently when school is in session. Well, why don’t you concentrate on getting the Word into you this vacation? Don’t cumber yourself with so many irrelevant cares and activities that you’re too busy to read and meditate on the Word and pray. Spend quality time, say an hour daily, studying the Word and praying.
